Reminders that we need volunteers for the following events: Cosplay Cafe - Week of April 18th Cafe, sell/serve food and drinks. Can cosplay as whatever you like(within reason of course). Not limited to maids or girls. To be held in room 914(probably). Murafest Matsuri Festival - April 30th Helping staff event. Possible game tournament, concert, maybe some artist alley-like thing. To be held on 4th floor of Kimmel(E&L and 400 series). If you weren't at the meeting this week, didn't put yourself on the signup sheet, and are interested in helping out, then just let us know in a post. I'm liking everything but Level E at the moment. It was funny at the beginning but my interest in it is starting to wane.

Zombie was interesting this week, but I didn't vote for it because I'm still tired of the same joke over again (OMG CROSSDRESSING!). Level E has become kinda pointless.
Factale has gotten VERY interesting. I'm still not sure what side to root for though, and now his father's not his father but this other guy is? WTF?
Gosick is good as expected.
I'm liking Madoka more every week now. I need to rewatch the beginning of the series though (up until the head-noming), since I wasn't really paying attention cause it seemed boring.

Fractale is indeed getting very interesting. At first, I was in it for the atmosphere, but the story is nothing to scoff at either. Madoka's episodes from here on are straight up amazing. I need to catch up on the other series to make a real opinion, but Level E is getting worse and worse (quite sad, since the first 4 episodes were amazing) and Zombie is amusing.
Also, I was wondering what sort of positions you have for the two events.

Haha Zack, I'm the same way with Fractale. I wasn't really paying attention to it in the beginning, and as I'm seeing how interesting it's become, I find myself wishing I'd paid attention to the earlier episodes.
Also, so much love for Goldenboy!!! : D I'm glad to see it was such a huge hit in club too, it's always great to watch it with people who've never seen it before and don't know how ridiculous the show is.

Agreed, Fractale is one of the best anime we are watching-- Madoka is still my absolute favorite though. I am very done with Zombie. very done. Goldenboy was good fun! I really had no idea it was going to go where it went. Truly an unexpected and energizing way to end the evening.

If we could just watch the first 5 episodes of goldenboy, then the final episode of goldenboy, then go out and party, I think that would make a great next meeting. Wooo

Hum, that's too bad. The next episode of Zombie is perhaps my favorite and even enticed me to center my DnD character off of Yuu. I guess ya'll won't see how badass she really is~
Also yay finally Madoka is getting the respect it deserves. An anime that creates pages upon pages of forum posts after every episode does not deserve to get uprooted.
And finally Level E is gone. I hated that show from the beginning ._.
Fractale and Gosick I'm going to have to watch on my own. Gosick I like cause of the cuteness, and Fractale has a good story I guess but I haven't really been into it. Might be preference.

Well if the next episode is really good, I think we should show it. I mean it's not a bad show by any means, I just can't bring myslef to care much about it. I'm guessing others feel the same way.
By the looks of things Level E is getting the boot. Which works cause I wanted to show a little something new (well new for club) next week.

Nah, the first episode of a series that most people probably wont like cause it's based off of a 19th century French novel.

oooo the Les Miz anime you keep talking about? I would be very interested in seeing that. NOEZ EET WAZ SEKRET! =P Yea, I just want to show the first episode to get any Les Mis fans interested in the anime (we have a few in club =D). I just re-watched the first episode and it's pretty good at getting the viewer intrigued. But we probably wont keep showing it. |
