I can't be the only one watching this. So far I think it's even better than the original, with some SERIOUSLY tense scenes like the last episode with the fuhrer. Ling is one crazy bastard as well, he was already pushing DBZ-like power levels for a normal human to begin with. Also, the openings have been pretty win, and the first ending was great too. Crazy Ling always relevant, hopefully I haven't directly spoiled anything.

Well it doesn't spoil anything for me but you should probably use the spoiler tag just in case.

Yeeaaahhhh. Spoil tag is a must. Hopefully, most people know what is going on in the anime (or, if possible, the manga as well). Ling is so BADD A$$$$$.

I've been purposely avoiding it for no real reason... I watched all of the first arc, and loved it, but I just don't really feel the motivation to keep going. The show is just a big downer, you know? It's like watching an intense war movie, but the kind where willem dafoe die at the end and not the kind where the guy and girl eventually reconcile and have 2.3 kids and live happily ever after.

2.3 kids!? Is that even possible?? And why does Willem Dafoe have to die? He is my hero. I want to grow up to be like him someday... someday...

I've been keeping up with it, and it is seriously good. ^^ I don't mind it being a downer so much, because it's interjected with funny scenes and strong characters to deal with the troubles. I still think I like the first FMA a bit more, but not by much, and who knows if it'll still be that way by series end?
