Single Awareness Day event

Err...I dont' know if this should have been sent to only the president but I think that it should involve the whole club since it would need all of their effort for it to succeed. Or at least in the last few events I planned. >A< That maid cafe was chaotic...Long Story.

So, my friend is the President of LIU's anime club and he's considering doing a double college event(I can't phrase it right) for Singles Awareness Day aka Valentine's Day. I'm not sure on what he plans to do since he has not sent me any ideas yet, of maybe I deleted it, I wouldn't know, but knowing him it'll be awesome. Most likely we'd be starting from nothing and building up from that. I've worked with him before on an anime festival back in high school which was really successful and had fish scooping and cosplayers and whatnot so it'll turn out well.

Basically I'm asking if anyone is interested in planning it, or just an event in general. Especially the President so I can tell my friend. I would have brought this up during a meeting but I never know when I'm able to go. That and my existence hasn't been acknowledged ; A;

Anyone interested? Yes? Yes? ; -;

I know that if any outfits need to be sewn I can totally do that so long as I'm given the fabric and a small commission depending on how large the outfit is. Sewing=pain since I'm prone to sewing for very long perios of time. 10 hours is my record and that was for a sweater. Um...and I can make prototypes for anything that need to built since my mind is spacial or whatever the heck it is.

Err...yeah that's it.

Hmmm.....okay. Well it depends on what this event will entail, where it will be held, what it will actually consist of, and any financial obligations we'll have to commit to. If you're simply asking for volunteers to help out, that would be much easier and I'd jump on the bandwagon without a second thought. But if it's something we'll have to contribute money to, there's a chance we can't contribute, simply because we don't have it in our budget.

Well...right now the LIU prez in a pickle of what he wants to do. He wants it to be about singles but make fun society and couples. Not in a mean way of course and give out chocolate? He mentions that he'll be able to cover the cost for it so you're not going to have to spend anything on it. But he's really happy that he receive support. Err...he did mention that he needed to talk to you but I'm unsure if he actually sent you an email or not.

I wouldn't find it surprising if it were held at LIU Brooklyn to be honest. He's trying to see if someone could perform of if he could sell shirts. Right now he's just building on ideas before anything is put into stone.

He'll probably email you about it soon but he's being a bum right now and isn't listening to me. O`AO
